The WildArk Year in Pictures

Some of our favourite moments from 2017

To celebrate the year that has been, we have put together a gallery of some of our favourite moments from 2017. From arriving in the small town of Hoedspruit, in South Africa to start work on Pridelands Conservancy in February, to spotting our resident leopard when WildArk ambassadors David and Emma Pocock visited for the first time in April. The blood, sweat, and tears that went into rehabilitating the property throughout the year and them welcoming another WildArk ambassador in Mick Fanning onto the property in July. There was our trip to Mana Pools Zimbabwe, to learn about the work being done by Bushlife Safaris to save elephants, and the inspiring experience of watching WildArk ambassador David Yarrow in action photographing hippos. Meeting all the dedicated people doing their part to preserve wildlife around Southern Africa, and achieving our first significant milestone in dropping the fences on Pridelands, to join Greater Kruger and extend the corridor for wildlife. We hope you enjoy these memories as much as we did!
